The hype says separate tenants. Reality says prepare for a bill shock and a management headache.
Their multi-tenant dashboard pushes you toward separate dev, test, and prod instances. Sounds clean until you see the cost. You're now paying for three separate sets of monthly active users (MAUs), which is a vendor lock-in pricing trick. The SLA only applies to prod, so you're paying full price for non-SLA dev instances. Try managing custom rules, social connections, or brandings across three separate admin panels without constant copy-paste errors or a homemade sync script. It's a trap that looks like a best practice.
