Hey everyone, I'm still pretty new to the whole audit software world, so please bear with me if this is obvious to others. 😅

I was just poking around in our AuditBoard setup (we've only been using it for a few months) and stumbled on something that feels like a game-changer for our team. I found out you can set up webhooks to send alerts directly to a Microsoft Teams channel whenever an issue gets escalated. We've been struggling to make sure the right people see action items quickly, and this seems like it could really help.

I was wondering if anyone else here has tried this? I'm curious about a couple things:
- How reliable are the webhook notifications? Do they fire every single time without fail?
- What kind of info do you include in the alert? Just the issue name, or more details like who escalated it and the due date?
- Are there any gotchas or setup steps that aren't obvious in the documentation?

Our team is still learning how to get the most out of the platform, so any tips from your experience would be amazing. This feels like a simple way to improve our workflow without a ton of extra work.
