Everyone talks about "lightweight" agents. Aqua's marketing claims "negligible impact." I've yet to see a single real-world benchmark that isn't from a vendor blog or a cherry-picked lab test.
We're running it on some high-throughput API nodes. The raw CPU hit isn't the main issue—it's the intermittent latency spikes during scan cycles that mess with our p99s. The default policies seem incredibly chatty. Anyone else done proper before/after comparisons on real workloads, not just idle containers? What did you have to tune to make it tolerable?
