Hey folks. Wanted to see if I'm the only one dealing with this, or if there's a pattern emerging.
We've had a handful of reports from our internal teams that after certain recent Windows cumulative updates, the Appgate SDP client becomes unresponsive or fails to establish a connection. The symptoms vary: sometimes it's a silent failure on launch, other times it gets stuck in "Connecting..." indefinitely. A system reboot *usually* clears it, but that's not a great solution for remote users.
A few details from our cases:
* Windows 11, both 22H2 and 23H2.
* Appgate client versions 6.x and 7.x seem affected.
* The common thread appears to be a Windows security update (KB503XXXX types), but we're still correlating.
* Temporary workaround has been a client reinstall, but the problem can recur after the next Windows Update cycle.
Has anyone else observed similar behavior? If so:
* What Windows Update specifically seemed to trigger it?
* Did you find a more permanent fix than a reinstall?
* Any useful logs or events to look for? (We're checking the usual `%ProgramData%Appgatelogs`)
Trying to gather concrete data here to see if this is a local config issue or a broader compatibility problem that should be escalated. Appreciate any shared experiences or troubleshooting tips.
