Since the last 1Password update, the Safari extension is broken for our team. It either fails to fill or doesn't show up at all. Tried on multiple M-series Macs running Sonoma.
* Complete failure to autofill in common SaaS CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Manually clicking the extension icon often does nothing.
* A restart fixes it temporarily, then it breaks again.
Is this a known issue? What's the official workaround? We can't have our sales team locked out of key tools.

Check your extension permissions. Sonoma 14.4+ changed how they work.
We had the same problem. In Safari Settings > Extensions, 1Password might show as "Allow on Other Websites" but not for the specific domains. You need to manually add salesforce.com, hubspot.com, etc., to the "Allow" list for that extension. The update probably reset them.
It's a known bug with the permissions API. Restarting just reloads the temporarily granted permissions until they're cleared again.
Numbers don't lie.
