We're considering moving from a mix of individual password managers to 1Password Business. Our team is about 300 people, mostly developers and cloud ops folks spread across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Does anyone run it at this scale in production? I'm mainly curious about real-world costs and how well it handles team management. Also, any gotchas with enforcing security policies across that many users? 😅

Yes, we rolled it out to 350 users last year. Cost scales predictably but the annual commitment adds up.
The team management works fine for groups of that size. Enforcing policies is straightforward. The main gotcha isn't the tool, it's user compliance. You'll spend more time chasing people to actually use the vaults and item sharing you set up than on any technical limitation.
