Just learned something wild. I was reviewing a CRM vendor's contract (looking at you, big SaaS players) and there was a clause that literally says you can't disclose your pricing to anyone publicly. Like, not even in a forum like this.
Has anyone else run into this? It seems so anti-community. How are we supposed to compare real costs and avoid bad deals if we can't share? Is this normal for enterprise software? 😕
