Keap Pro user here. The jump from Pro to Max is $150/user/month. For what?

Just got my renewal notice from Keap. Currently on Pro, but they're pushing hard to upgrade to Max. The price jump is... something else.

Pro: $149/user/month
Max: $299/user/month

So for double the money, what do I actually get? Their feature matrix is the usual cloud vendor word salad. The real differences seem to be:
* **Automation:** Pro has "Basic Automation," Max gets "Advanced Automation." What's the threshold? 5 steps? 50? Unclear.
* **Reporting:** Max adds "Custom Reports." Is this just exporting raw data to a CSV, or actual dashboard building?
* **"Lead Scoring"** is gated behind Max. Is it a real predictive model or just a fancy points system I could replicate with tags?

Has anyone actually made this jump? I need to justify this to the bean counters. Did you find:
1. The "advanced" features were genuinely transformative, or just minor conveniences?
2. Any hidden API rate limit increases or backend queue priorities?
3. Better support SLA, or just a nicer label on the same ticket queue?

Pulling an all-nighter anyway, might as well read some real-world specs instead of marketing docs.
