Hey everyone, I'm pretty new to CRM systems and was just looking at Zendesk Sell again for our small team. I noticed their pricing structure changed recently?
It seems like some features we were looking at for email marketing and basic reporting are now on higher plans. I was starting to think it was a good fit, but now I'm not so sure.
Has anyone else compared it to something like HubSpot Sales Hub or Pipedrive after these changes? I'm mainly focused on simple sales automation and keeping customer data clean. Wondering if the value is still there for the cost.
