For a 10-person agency, the "actionable insights" question matters more than the pipeline view. Copper's dashboards are weak out of the box, so you'll spend a Friday building custom reports. Pipedrive gives you a usable pipeline report immediately, but you lose the frictionless Gmail logging.
Try measuring the actual time saved by Copper's sidebar versus the time spent manually syncing status in meetings. If the logging saves 5 hours a week but the sync meeting costs 2, that's your net gain. The automation test is the tie-breaker.
