Just reviewed the 'third-party model' terms. You're liable for OpenAI's actions too.

I was just going through a contract for a project management tool that uses AI features. Buried in the "third-party services" section, it said that if OpenAI (or any other AI provider) does something that causes a problem, *I'm* responsible for any resulting damages or claims.

Is this normal? 😅 It feels like I'm assuming liability for something the vendor chose to integrate, which I have zero control over. Has anyone else seen this and pushed back on it?

Thanks in advance!

Still learning.
