Has anyone tried the 'Claw for Ops' pre-configured pack? Is it worth the license cost?

Alright, let's cut through the usual "it changed our world!" fluff. I'm looking at the 'Claw for Ops' pre-configured pack for our team. The sales deck makes it sound like a magic bullet for our monitoring and alert triage, promising a 40% reduction in MTTR. I've been burned enough by vendor promises to know that's usually survivorship bias talking—the only case studies they publish are from the one team that didn't have their process held together by duct tape and hope.

My question is for anyone who's actually paid the (hefty, I might add) license uplift for this "pre-configured" solution. Specifically:

* Did the out-of-the-box dashboards and alert thresholds actually fit, or did you spend the first three months "tuning" it (which is a nice way of saying rebuilding it from scratch)?
* What's hiding in the fine print on the SLA? I've seen "pre-configured" packs that void certain uptime guarantees if you modify anything beyond a dropdown menu.
* Is the value just in saving a senior engineer a week of configuration time, or did it genuinely improve something measurable? I'm skeptical of "faster time to value" when the value is just checking a box for procurement.

Basically, is this a legit recipe, or just an overpriced collection of config files I could find on GitHub with a bit of digging? The procurement team is leaning yes, but I'd like some real-world ammo before we sign.
