Just saw the email from Claw. They're switching from per-developer seats to a per-commit pricing model. Effective immediately for new customers.
This feels like a big shift. For teams with lots of small commits, could this get expensive fast? Or maybe it's better for squads that have a few devs pushing frequently? I'm trying to map it to our workflow. Anyone run the numbers yet or have a gut feeling on who wins/loses with this model? 🤔
