Did you see the Azure Arc hype? Is it actually useful for multi-cloud?

Okay, so I've been seeing a *ton* of posts and webinars lately about Azure Arc. The messaging is all about "bringing Azure anywhere" and managing servers, Kubernetes, and even data services across AWS, GCP, or on-prem from the Azure portal. It sounds like a project manager's dream for visibility! 🙌

But I'm trying to cut through the hype. For those of you managing workloads across clouds:
* Is anyone actively using it for **non-Azure resources**? Like managing an AWS EKS cluster or a GCP VM from Azure?
* What's the actual day-to-day value? Is it mostly for **inventory and governance** (tagging, policy), or are the **operations benefits** (like updates, monitoring) genuinely useful?
* How does it feel from a team workflow perspective? Does it create a single pane of glass, or just add another layer of complexity to your ceremonies?

I'm especially curious about the concrete stuff:
* Did it actually reduce the time spent in your **daily stand-ups** or **ops reviews** chasing down status from different consoles?
* Did integrating its metrics into your **team health dashboards** provide new insights?
* Or is it more of a future promise, and we're better off sticking with dedicated cloud-native tools for now?

Would love to hear real experiences, not just sales pitches!
