Hi everyone! 👋 I'm starting to plan our CI/CD pipeline for next year. We're a mid-sized healthcare company (around 400 devs) and need something secure, compliant, and scalable for 2026.
Could you help me compare top platforms like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and maybe CircleCI or Jenkins? I'm especially lost on:
* Real cost for ~50K build minutes/month with medium-sized Linux runners.
* How to handle healthcare data (PHI) in pipelines—any specific configs or compliance features?
* Is self-hosting a runner fleet on our own cloud (AWS) actually cheaper for our volume?
