Hey everyone, I've been deep in a migration project for our Salesforce HubSpot sync workflows and it's got me thinking about our CI/CD pipeline. We've been on GitHub Actions for a while, but the cost creep is getting noticeable as our team and test suite grow. I'm starting to look at the landscape again.
I know CircleCI and GitLab CI are the usual suspects people mention, but I'm curious about the alternatives that fly a bit more under the radar. Especially interested in ones that might be more cost-predictable for a mid-sized team with a lot of parallel workflows and integration tests. The "compute-minute" model can get wild when a flaky test reruns a bunch of times.
Anyone moved off GitHub Actions to something like Buildkite, Azure Pipelines, or even something like Jenkins in a cloud setup? I'm less concerned with the raw feature list and more about real-world cost and reliability for a RevOps-style codebase (lots of scripts, connectors, and data quality checks). How was the migration pain compared to, say, moving CRMs?
