Hey everyone 👋
I'm trying to wrap my head around CDPs. My team uses one now, but we're looking at other options. The problem is, I'm not even sure what to compare.
When you start evaluating a new Customer Data Platform, what are the first things you check? I'm thinking about basics like how it handles our existing data schemas, or if it can connect to our current tools (like our data warehouse).
Also, for someone new to this, are there good step-by-step guides for the migration process itself? Like, how do you actually move the data without breaking everything?
