We’ve had HubSpot workflows for lead assignment and nurture randomly stop executing for some contacts. The workflows show as active, no errors in the audit log, and enrollment criteria are still met. It’s intermittent.
Our stack is on-prem, with HubSpot connected via webhooks to our internal systems. No recent config changes. Has anyone traced similar silent failures to specific causes, like internal list size, custom code actions, or API rate limit side effects?
