Hi everyone. I’ve been reading here for a little while and trying to learn the rules, so this new policy is really helpful to see. Thanks for posting it.

I have a question, though, about what counts as "backed by data." I'm often comparing tools for my team, and sometimes we run into issues that are hard to quantify. For example, if a project management tool's notification system is really disruptive and causes missed deadlines, but it's more of a workflow observation than a hard metric, does that still count?

Also, when sharing negative experiences, is it better to structure them in a certain way? Like, stating what we were trying to achieve, what specifically didn't work, and what the impact was—even if the impact is qualitative? I want to make sure any criticism I might share is constructive and follows the guidelines.

This clarification makes me feel more comfortable participating, honestly. It's good to know honest, detailed experiences are welcome.
