Hey everyone, been diving into session replay tools and FullStory keeps coming up. Their website talks about "event-based pricing," but I'm trying to translate that into real-world budgeting for a mid-market SaaS company like ours (~150 employees, product-led growth model).

From what I've gathered, you're charged for the sessions you record, not strictly per seat for analyst access. But the big question is: **how does that actually scale?** If we're driving a lot of freemium user traffic, does recording every single anonymous session get prohibitively expensive fast?

I'd love to hear from teams actually using it:
* What does your typical monthly session volume look like, and what's the corresponding cost range?
* Are there hidden costs around data retention or exporting session data for our own warehouse?
* Do you find you need to buy a bunch of "seat" licenses anyway for your product, marketing, and support teams to make it useful?

We're weighing it against other options, and the per-session model seems like it could either be perfectly aligned with value or a budgeting nightmare. Any mid-market experiences would be super helpful to understand the true TCO.

Happy evaluating!
