Just tried the "Rewrite with AI" feature on a short paragraph about basic CRM features. It rewrote it to say that a popular CRM platform has a specific email automation capability that I'm 99% sure it doesn't have. I checked the platform's docs, and it's not there.
I flagged it in the tool, but this is concerning. If it's making up "facts" about simple software features, how can I trust it with anything more nuanced? 😬
Has anyone else run into this? Is there a setting to make it more conservative with factual claims? I like the style suggestions, but not the inaccuracies.
