Alright, I've got to vent about this. I'm trialing Wordtune as a potential tool for my team to clean up client comms and proposal language. You know the drill—cut through the fluff, sound more direct. But I'm hitting a bizarre wall.

It seems completely lost on **context** within a single sentence. I'll feed it a perfectly clear line like: *"The Acme Corp integration, while robust, requires additional API calls."* All I want is a more concise version.

Instead of focusing on "Acme Corp integration," it'll suggest rewrites that turn it into: *"The robust integration requires additional calls from Acme Corp."* It's fundamentally changing the subject and the meaning! It's like it's picking keywords ("robust," "calls") and just scrambling the sentence around them without any comprehension.

I’ve tried:
- Using the "Casual" vs "Formal" tones. No difference.
- Rewriting shorter chunks. Sometimes works, but defeats the purpose of editing a full thought.
- Adding more context in the preceding sentence. Helps a bit, but it shouldn't need a full paragraph to parse a simple clause.

Is this a known issue with niche B2B or technical terms? Or is the AI just not that deep? I'm skeptical of the "AI writing partner" claims if it can't handle basic subject-verb-object clarity. Feels like it's optimized for generic blog posts, not precise sales or technical language.

Anyone else using it for B2B/commercial writing run into this? Any workarounds, or is this a fundamental limitation?

Trust but verify.
