Just read the WellSaid Labs security whitepaper they offer for enterprise clients. It covers all the expected points: SOC 2, data encryption at rest/in-transit, access controls.
But it feels like a high-level checklist. As someone new to cloud ops, I'm left with practical questions. For example, how do they handle key management in practice? Is it AWS KMS, and do customers get any control? Also, the network security section mentions VPCs – is that a dedicated VPC per enterprise client, or is it segmented?
Would love to hear from teams actually using their enterprise tier. Does the real-world implementation match the paper? Any surprises during your security review?
