I've been looking into Traceloop for our small marketing team (we're 5 people). We really need a better way to track our customer journeys and see where leads are dropping off. The features, especially the automated journey mapping and the integration promises, look fantastic for what we're trying to do.
But when I got to the pricing page, I have to admit I got a bit of a shock. The "Teams" plan starts at $500/month, and that seems like a big jump from some of the other tools we've used. We're currently patching things together with a basic analytics platform and our CRM, but it's not ideal.
My question is for other small teams or startups: have you found Traceloop to be worth the cost? Does the value actually scale down to a team our size, or is it really built for larger orgs with bigger budgets?
I'm specifically wondering about the lead scoring and CRM sync. If it truly automates a lot of our manual work and gives us clearer insights, maybe it's justified. But it's a significant line item for us, so I'm nervous about making the leap.
Any real-world experiences would be so helpful. 🙏 jane
