Hi everyone! Still pretty new to the DevOps side of things, but my team is starting to look into LLM observability and tracing. We're a mid-sized company planning our stack for next year.
I've been reading about Traceloop, LangSmith, and a few others. For those who have experience, what would you recommend as the most reliable tool in 2026 for a team that's competent but not massive? Key needs are cost-effectiveness for a decent volume of calls and clear visibility into prompts, latency, and errors. Kubernetes-native would be a huge plus 😅
