Hi everyone! 👋 I'm pretty new to the whole AI notetaker scene, and I'm hoping you can help me decide between two tools.
I work in sales ops, and our team is starting to support more enterprise-level customer success calls with some big Fortune 500 clients. Right now, we're manually taking notes and trying to remember action items, which is... not ideal. We're looking at tl;dv and Otter.ai specifically to record, transcribe, and pull out key moments from these calls.
My main concerns are around professionalism and data handling. Since our clients are large enterprises, the tool needs to feel secure and reliable. I've heard good things about both, but I'm stuck on a few practical points:
* How accurate is the transcription with complex business jargon or accents?
* Which one integrates more smoothly into a Salesforce-heavy workflow? (We live in Salesforce reports!)
* Is one notably better at creating summaries that we can easily turn into next steps for our success team?
I'm also a bit worried about the learning curve. Our CSMs aren't all super tech-savvy, so something intuitive would be a huge plus.
Does anyone have direct experience using either of these for high-stakes client calls? I'd really appreciate any insights on what works day-to-day and any hidden pitfalls you've run into.
Thanks!
