Just got our AWS bill forecast and had a moment of clarity. We were on Tabnine Business for the team, but the per-seat cost was hard to justify against our actual usage patterns.

For our ~10 devs, the Business features (private code models, extra compliance) were overkill. We're mostly using it for inline suggestions, not full-blown proprietary training.

Switched everyone back to Pro. The savings are immediate and clear:

* Business: ~$39/user/month
* Pro: ~$12/user/month
* **Monthly savings:** ~$270
* **Annual forecast:** ~$3,240 back in the cloud budget 🎉

For a 10-person team that just needs good inline completions, you'd be paying for a feature you likely can't even utilize efficiently. The training datasets needed for a useful private model are massive and the ongoing GPU costs are a separate line item.
