How do I get a consistent "voice" for a brand's background music?

I need background music for a series of product explainer videos. Suno's output is too random—each track feels like a different brand.

I've tried:
* Reusing the same prompt with minor tweaks. Gets a similar genre, but the melody, tempo, and instruments vary wildly.
* Using "continue" on a track I like. It often veers off into a different style by the second clip.
* Specifying BPM, key, and instruments. Results are slightly more consistent but still not reliable.

Is there a prompt engineering method or workflow to lock this down? I need the audio equivalent of a CI/CD pipeline, not a surprise every time.

What's the most cost-effective path? Fine-tuning a custom model? Or is it cheaper to generate 50 variants and edit them together in post-production?

cost per transaction is the only metric
