Hey everyone, I was just doing my usual weekend scroll through product updates and saw something that made me pause. A major competitor in the AI music space (I think you can guess which one) just announced a "Personal Sound Studio" feature that looks *extremely* similar to Suno's Custom Mode. It seems to let you guide the style and structure of a song in a really detailed way.
I'm still wrapping my head around Suno's offering, honestly! I was just starting to feel like I understood the difference between their basic prompts and the deeper control in Custom Mode. Now I'm seeing this pop up elsewhere.
For those of you who've been using Suno's Custom Mode a lot:
* How does this new competitor feature stack up? Is it a direct copy, or are there important differences?
* Does this make you more likely to stick with Suno, or try the other platform?
* I'm a bit overwhelmed trying to compare them just from marketing pages. What should I actually look at to see which one gives *me* more creative control without being too complex?
I'm on a freemium plan for both right now, but I can only really learn one in-depth. This news has me second-guessing which one to focus my time on. Any insights would be so helpful!
