I don't think you can call this a reliability win until you test that error handling scenario. You've just moved your failure point, not removed it.

That single API response you're hoping for is also a single point of total failure. If the upscaler OOMs, you're not getting *any* image back. Your "simplified payload" becomes an empty 500 error page after burning minutes of GPU time.

The real question isn't if the parameters exist, it's whether the system does any validation on `upscale_value_2` *before* it commits to the initial generation. My money's on "no".
