Just migrated our sales team onto Speechify’s “Pro Teams” tier last quarter, primarily for the new analytics dashboard they’ve been hyping. After three months of use, I have... thoughts.

On paper, it's exactly what a manager should want: consolidated listening time, top documents, user adoption metrics. In practice, it feels like a first draft. The data is surface-level. I can see *that* my team listened for 120 hours last month, but I can't correlate that listening time to specific deal stages or pipeline movement. It's activity without outcome.

A few specific gripes:
* The "top users" leaderboard only measures total listening time. Great, so the winner is the rep who listens at 3x speed with it running in the background while they do email. Where's the metric for documents *tagged as related to closed-won deals*?
* The export function is a joke. It gives you a CSV with the same aggregated, non-granular data you see on the dashboard. Want to pull raw data into our own BI tool? Not happening.
* No workflow integration. It doesn't connect to our CRM (Pipedrive) or even Zapier/Make for that matter. So this "analytics" silo is completely divorced from the rest of our sales tech stack.

It's useful for one thing: proving to leadership that we're "using the tool." But for actual performance insight or coaching? It's borderline decorative. Feels like they built a reporting module because the feature checklist demanded it, not because they deeply understood how a sales manager would use it.

Anyone else giving this a serious look, or are we just early adopters suffering through the v1.0 experience?
