Hi everyone! I'm new to the team and trying to help our customer success managers. They record a lot of check-in and QBR meetings with existing customers.
We're deciding between Sembly and Avoma. From what I see, both do meeting notes and insights, but I'm a bit confused on the real differences for *post-sales* use.
Our main needs are:
* Accurately tracking action items and customer promises.
* Highlighting risks or churn signals from conversation tone/topics.
* Easy sharing of snippets with our product and support teams.
For those who have used both, which one worked better for customer success specifically? I saw Avoma has deal-specific features, but our deals are already closed. Does that matter?
Any gotchas or things you wish you knew before choosing? Thanks for the help! 😊
