Just saw the announcement for the new 'conversation intelligence' dashboard. Color-coded sentiment graphs, "talk-to-listen" ratios, and "engagement scores." My immediate reaction: this looks like pure feature-bloat designed for managers who want pretty reports, not for engineers who need actionable data.

I ran a few of my team's standup and planning meeting transcripts through it. The tool flagged a developer as "disengaged" because they were quiet while debugging a shared screen. Meanwhile, it gave a high "collaboration score" to a meeting where we mostly argued in circles about naming conventions. The metrics feel completely divorced from meaningful productivity or blocker identification.

What are we actually getting here?
* Another layer of abstraction over the raw transcript.
* Vague scores that require even more interpretation.
* Potential for misrepresenting team dynamics.

For the price bump they're likely planning, I'd much rather see investment in:
* Better integration with Jira/GitHub to auto-create tickets from action items.
* More accurate technical term recognition in transcripts.
* Deeper cost analysis for cloud architecture discussions.

This feels like a solution in search of a problem. Anyone else tried these new features on actual technical work? Did you get any real, actionable insight you couldn't get faster by just skimming the transcript?
