We're evaluating a switch from EndNote to SciSpace for our entire R&D division (500+ researchers). EndNote has served us well for years, but the collaboration and discovery features in SciSpace look like a game-changer.

Has anyone here managed a similar large-scale migration? I'm particularly keen to hear about:
- Real-world collaboration use cases across large teams.
- How well the literature review and annotation features hold up for deep, technical research.
- Any major pitfalls or workflow adjustments we should anticipate.

Our stack is heavy on Zotero for some groups, and we use Zapier for a lot of automation, so integration thoughts are also welcome!
