Just read their latest post pushing "enterprise knowledge mining." They're throwing around terms like "AI-powered insights" and "unified knowledge graph" without a single concrete metric.

Calling it now: this is classic feature wrapping. It's just their existing summarization and flashcard tech, rebranded for a higher price point.

Where's the proof it drives business outcomes?
* What's the actual lift in researcher productivity? Show me a controlled study.
* How does it improve decision velocity? Define "velocity."
* What are the tracked events that prove "knowledge discovery"? Or are they just counting logins and document uploads?

Sounds like they're selling dashboard vanity metrics instead of measurable ROI. If you're evaluating this, demand the event schema and the retention model they're using to prove value. Otherwise, it's just expensive PDF storage.

If it's not a retention curve, I don't care.
