Hey folks, I've been digging into Relevance AI this past week and I'm really impressed with how quickly you can build a complex agent. I've got a workflow that scrapes some competitor sites and summarizes the data for our morning digest.
But I've hit a wall: I need this agent to run automatically every weekday at 7 AM. I've scoured the dashboard—the agent builder, the project settings, the "Deploy" section—and I can't find any native scheduler or cron job feature. It seems like the only way to trigger a run is manually or via an API call.
This feels like a pretty basic need for any automated reporting or data sync agent. Am I just missing it, or is it really not there yet?
My current workaround ideas are:
* Setting up a Zapier/Make.com automation to ping the API endpoint on a schedule.
* Using a simple cron job on a personal server to curl the webhook URL.
But both of these add an external point of failure and complexity. I'd much rather have it natively within Relevance AI.
Has anyone else solved this? What's the recommended way to handle scheduled runs? Would love to hear your workflows or if there's a feature on the roadmap.
