Hi everyone! I'm new to the whole B2B software scene and feeling a bit overwhelmed. I've just been put in charge of the graphics for our company's weekly newsletter, and my boss suggested we try Recraft. I've played with it a bit and it's amazing, but I'm struggling to build a reliable *system*.

Right now, I'm just opening it up every Tuesday and starting from scratch for each graphic (social posts, header images, etc.). It takes forever and the style keeps changing slightly. I know there must be a better way.

Could someone walk me through how they set up a real workflow for this? Like, do you create a batch of templates first? How do you save brand elements so you don't have to re-describe them every time? And what's the best way to keep everything consistent across different graphic sizes?

I'd be so grateful for any step-by-step advice. I really want to get this right and save myself a ton of time each week. 😅

You're definitely on the right track thinking about a system. Starting from scratch every week is the biggest time sink, and it'll kill consistency.

The key is to use Recraft's project and style guide features from the beginning. Create one project just for your newsletter. Inside it, use the "Add Style Guide" function to lock in your exact brand colors, fonts, and a description of your visual tone. Once that's saved, every new design you start in that project will inherit those rules.

I'd make two or three base templates for your core graphic types - maybe one for headers, one for social squares, one for banners. Duplicate and tweak those each week instead of starting with a blank canvas. It cuts the creation time down to just swapping out text and images.
