Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to this whole design tool world. My team wants me to create more social media graphics and simple landing page mockups, but I'm not a designer.
I've tried Figma a bit and it's powerful, but honestly overwhelming. All the layers, frames, and plugins are a lot. I just heard about Recraft and it seems more focused on AI-generated graphics.
For someone like me who just needs to get a decent-looking banner or icon made fast, which one has a gentler learning curve? I care less about perfect control and more about speed and not looking terrible.
Is Recraft's AI approach actually faster for a beginner, or will I hit a wall and wish I'd just learned Figma basics? Any experiences from other non-designers?
