Just ran it through my standard vector art generation test suite. The new 3D icon feature is a separate toggle in the generation panel.
**Initial findings:**
* It generates a single, centered icon. No multi-icon scenes.
* Output is PNG with transparent background by default.
* Prompt adherence is stricter than their standard icon mode. Less artistic variation.
* The "3D" is more of a soft isometric/shaded look. Not true high-poly 3D.
**Test prompt used:**
```
a settings gear icon, modern, blue and silver, detailed
```
**Standard Icon Mode Output:**
* 4 variations, flat or slightly angled.
* Stylistic differences in gear tooth design.
**New 3D Icon Mode Output:**
* 1 icon.
* Consistent soft shadows, isometric angle.
* Uniform lighting from top-left.
**Speed & Cost:** No noticeable difference in generation time. Uses the same credit cost per image as other Recraft generations.
Good for consistent, product-ready icons. Bad if you need multiple concepts or a flatter design style. It's a specialized tool, not a replacement for the main icon generator.
