Hi everyone, I'm looking at Read AI for my team's meeting summaries. Their Pro plan says it's for up to 3 hosts, and then there's a Business plan for more.

I'm a bit confused on what they mean by a "host." Does this only count the person who clicks the "record" or "start transcription" button in a meeting? Or does it include anyone from our company who is a participant in a meeting that gets analyzed, even if they joined from a calendar invite sent by someone else?

For example, if I'm the host on the plan and I record a Zoom call with two of my colleagues, are we using 1 host slot (just me) or 3? And what about external guests from other companies?

Just trying to understand the cost before we sign up. Thanks for any help! 😊
