Hey everyone! I've been using PromptLayer for a few weeks to track my team's prompts, and I was getting a bit lost in their web dashboard. I wanted to see our spend and usage in a way that fit with our other monitoring.
So, I built a little Grafana dashboard! It pulls data directly from PromptLayer's export API. It's super simple, but now I can see our daily token counts and costs right next to our other system metrics. It helps me spot if a new prompt is suddenly getting expensive.
Has anyone else tried something like this? I'm wondering if there are better ways to structure the queries or if I should add more panels. I'm still pretty new to both tools, so any tips would be awesome 😅
