Just migrated our analytics pipeline off their platform and... yeah. The "enterprise" tier felt like a reskin of the pro plan with a few API rate limit bumps. We were promised "advanced governance" and "dedicated support lanes," but it was mostly just settings you'd expect in any multi-tenant SaaS.

Has anyone else run into this? We were specifically looking for:
- Real schema migration rollback workflows (got version history, but no automated revert)
- Granular, column-level data lineage across pipeline stages (got basic job-level logs)
- Actual SLAs with penalties, not just "priority" support (which felt identical to regular support, just slower to escalate 😅)

It's like they took the dashboard, changed some labels to sound more "corporate," and doubled the price. The core pipeline engine is solid for prototyping, but calling this "enterprise" is a stretch. I'm curiousβ€”what "enterprise" feature did you pay for that turned out to be a basic toggle or a slightly higher limit?
