I've been testing Opus Clip for a few weeks, mostly for creating short clips from our accounting tutorial videos.
The viral score it gives each clip seems completely arbitrary. I've had clips with a score of 85 that get almost no views, and a clip with a score of 60 went semi-viral for us. There's no breakdown of what factors into that number.
Has anyone reverse-engineered how this score is actually calculated? Is it based on detected faces, text on screen, audio energy? Without transparency, it feels like a black box making guesses.
