I've been knee-deep in OpenPipe for the last few months, primarily using it to sync marketing event data from our API into Snowflake. One dashboard I built that's been a real game-changer for our marketing ops team tracks the MQL to SQL conversion pipeline. I figured I'd share the setup here, as it uses a few of OpenPipe's features in a way others might find useful.
The core idea is pulling data from three different sources into a single dashboard view. I use OpenPipe to handle the API connections and the incremental loading. Here's a simplified look at the key models in my OpenPipe project:

The magic happens in the downstream dbt model that joins these raw tables. OpenPipe's reliable scheduling and column lineage makes debugging the joins a lot easier when a field mapping changes upstream. The dashboard itself (in Metabase) shows us week-over-week conversion rates, time-in-stage, and which lead sources are performing best.
The biggest win? Getting Sales and Marketing on the same page with a single source of truth. Before this, they were arguing over whose CRM numbers were correct. Now, they can see the entire funnel, from first touch to qualified opportunity, updated every hour.
Has anyone else built similar operational funnels with OpenPipe? I'm curious if you're using the built-in transformation features or leaning on dbt/something else for the heavy lifting after extraction.
