* **Dynamic Knowledge Base Updates:** Using the API to periodically process support ticket summaries or internal Q&A threads, asking NotebookLM to identify new recurring issues or gaps in our documentation, and then flagging those for the team in a dedicated "Knowledge Base Backlog" board.
* **Cross-Platform Research Aggregation:** For larger strategy projects, I could see an integration that gathers sources from curated Google Drive folders, recent Confluence pages, and a list of provided URLs, then uses the NotebookLM API to create a unified, cited summary report as a living document.
