Hey everyone, new here and still figuring things out. I've been using Murf for a few months for basic product explainers on my Shopify store, and I saw the announcement about the new 'emotional tone' feature.

Honestly, I'm a bit confused about what it actually *does*. Is it just making the voice sound a bit happier or sadder, or is there more to it? The demo made it sound like a big deal, but when I tried it, the difference seemed really subtle to me. Maybe I'm using it wrong?

I'm wondering if anyone has found a practical use for it yet, especially for things like customer support videos or email marketing voiceovers. Does it genuinely connect with listeners better, or is it mostly a marketing thing to stand out from other AI voice tools? I'd love to hear from anyone who's tested it on real projects.
