I've been testing Murf for a project at work, mostly for explainer videos. I keep running into the same thing: every time I try to use a male voice, it sounds a bit flat or unnatural to me compared to the female options.
For example, I liked "Ella" and "Scarlett" right away. They sound clear and expressive. But when I tried "James" or "David," they felt a bit robotic, or the tone wasn't quite right for a friendly corporate video. Am I just picking the wrong male voices, or is there a quality difference? I'm curious if others have noticed this. It's making me reconsider my script choices.
