Tried to use it for a simple asset batch this morning. 3-hour estimated wait. For a paid service. That's not a feature, it's a capacity failure they're passing off as a benefit.
The whole Fast/Relaxed pricing model is a classic bait-and-switch. They lure you in with the promise of speed, then make the affordable tier practically unusable when you actually need it. You're either paying through the nose for "Fast" hours or you're not using the service at all. Clever, really.
Need something by EOD? Better have a stash of Fast hours or just accept you're not getting it. ROI on that monthly sub plummets when you can't actually rely on it.
