Just tried the new AI summary templates. They're a step in the right direction, but the default output is still too generic for my engineering teams.
The real value is in custom prompts. Here’s what I'm using for incident post-mortem syncs:

Focus on:
- Decisions made and their rationale.
- Timeline of key actions (extract from transcript).
- Explicitly call out any unanswered questions or "we'll figure this out later" statements.
- List action items and who owns them. No fluff.
```
Without heavy customization, you get:
* Vague "the team discussed the issue"
* No clear ownership
* Missed critical technical trade-offs
