Anyone else's integration with Microsoft Teams randomly disconnecting?

I've been conducting a thorough evaluation of MeetGeek over the past quarter, specifically focusing on its interoperability within a Microsoft 365 ecosystem for a revenue operations team. A critical part of our workflow hinges on the MeetGeek bot reliably posting meeting summaries and recordings into designated Teams channels. However, I've encountered a persistent and disruptive issue: the integration with Microsoft Teams appears to disconnect at random intervals, requiring manual reauthentication.

The pattern does not seem correlated with any obvious external events:
* Microsoft 365 tenant-wide policy changes (confirmed with IT).
* MeetGeek plan or feature updates.
* Scheduled maintenance windows for either platform.

From a technical workflow perspective, this instability introduces significant friction:
1. **Silent Failures:** Meetings occur, MeetGeek records and transcribes them, but no output is shared to Teams, leading to a loss of process transparency.
2. **Manual Overhead:** A team member must periodically check the integration status within the MeetGeek admin portal and reauthorize the connection, which defeats the purpose of automation.
3. **Data Integrity Concerns:** While the meetings remain in the MeetGeek dashboard, the broken link to the collaborative workspace (Teams) fragments the information flow, potentially impacting follow-up actions and accountability.

I have already performed standard troubleshooting: revoked and re-granted all permissions, verified admin consent in Azure AD, and ensured no IP restrictions or conditional access policies are blocking the service. The problem resurfaces after a period of 7-14 days.

My primary questions for the community are:
* Is this a localized issue, or are others experiencing similar instability with the Teams integration?
* Has anyone identified a specific configuration setting—either within MeetGeek, Azure AD, or Teams admin—that acts as a mitigating factor?
* Are there particular authentication methods (e.g., delegated vs. application permissions) that have proven more robust in practice?

Understanding the root cause is essential for me to complete my platform reliability assessment. This behavior, if widespread, would be a notable mark against MeetGeek in a side-by-side comparison with other tools that maintain persistent OAuth connections for similar functionality.
